The Mio ALPHA 2 Heart Rate Activity Tracker Watch is a wrist-worn watch with several enhancements over Mio Global’s original ALPHA sport watch. First, its integrated accelerometer tracks distance, speed, pace, and calories. The watch also allows you to store up to 25 hours of personal workout data and sync it later. Additional features include countdown, count-up, and repeat timers. The ALPHA 2 has a customizable backlit LED display and is water resistant to 98.4′ – making it easy to wear in the shower or while swimming. The watch pairs wirelessly with mobile devices via Bluetooth 4.0. Its rechargeable battery lasts up to 20-24 hours when heart rate monitoring is on.
