PROS:
- The best small speaker regardless of price.
- This is a massive improvement over past flips and now you finally get real bass. The size means this will go anywhere and the battery lasts for days with heavy use. The sound is perhaps on the lean side for some but you do get real punch and vocals are clear and well projected. The bass goes down to around 70hz, really great for the size. This flip has JBL connect which means two speakers with that feature can be used in stereo or in double up. If you use another speaker that isn’t a flip 3 then you can only use double up. One big plus for this is that you can effectively double your range as the second speaker connects to the first speaker which in turns connects to your phone, so you only need one speaker within range of the phone. The connection is pretty good too.
CONS:
- Superb but bass a little lacking
- I have no comparison to similar products.This speaker has quite a lot of white noise.
